The sultry silhouette
The shine of silken hair
The sunglasses to cover
Any emotion present there
Beautiful and glamorous
Toned and fashion set
Manicured to magnificence
But no smile as of yet
Look deeply into saddened eyes
On the verge of tears
What is it that these eyes reflect?
Lost love's wisdom and relentless fears?
Oh, the games we play, as we portray
A picture of perfection
Hiding behind the mask, a daunting task
To keep up the image while under inspection
