This is another new poem by Dave which I received yesterday. - poetheart 07/05/02
A boy walked into my dreams last night,
he slowly whispered words into my ear,
he told me not to awake,
that I'd be disappointed with reality.
"Live your fantasy with no trouble,
I'll be your shadow when truth remains"
He whispered many things that night,
I even heard your name.
"Be wise and ready to accept,
if you dare to open up your eyes.
I suggest you remain inside yourself,
and fix the problems with yourself,
and shortly you will gain victory."
Now I'm faced with questions,
answers that are blinded from reality.
Should I sacrifice my soul and troubles,
to make another happy?
Or do I regain all my thoughts,
and begin a new beginning?
